Equipped with enhanced time and temperature controls and a gas shock assisted opening system, the TCap-APL2 helps improve workflow, reduce operator effort, and support smooth day-to-day production. Its practical design makes it easy to use, while its solid construction ensures dependable long-term performance.
What sets the TCap-APL2 apart is its improved adaptability for different cap styles. It comes with two (2) A-style, one (1) B-style, one (1) C-style, and one (1) D-style silicone pads, allowing the machine to fit a wider variety of caps more closely and securely for a better transfer fit and more even results. Extra silicon pads can be purchased on our website.
The pneumatic dual-station design makes the TCap-APL2 especially suitable for batch production, allowing one cap to be prepared while the other is being pressed. The stable cylinder-driven pressure system helps ensure consistent pressure on every cycle, delivering more uniform transfer results and repeatable quality.
Our heat press is designed with two circuit breakers to enhance system reliability. This redundant configuration ensures that if one breaker becomes inoperative, the second breaker can maintain protection and allow continued operation. This design reduces unexpected downtime and supports stable, uninterrupted production
It also includes a 5.9" x 5.9" heat plate, giving users the ability to expand beyond standard cap transfers and apply graphics to more small items and specialty areas.
