Engineered to improve consistency while reducing physical effort, TITAN is designed for shops that need dependable results across every job.
Constructed with a laser-cut steel frame, TITAN is made to handle demanding daily use in commercial environments. Its upgraded heating system features a heating element over 20% thicker than the Vector Series design, helping deliver stronger heat retention, more even temperature distribution, and stable performance during long production runs. A built-in anti-burn shield adds another layer of safety for the operator.
As MICROTECUSA’s pneumatic heat press platform, TITAN introduces a more efficient and consistent pressing process. Set your desired pressure on the control panel, then activate the press with the touch of a button. The upper platen lowers automatically, and once the timer finishes, the machine opens on its own. Because the operation is powered by an air compressor (sold separately), TITAN significantly reduces the physical force normally required to open and close a traditional press. The result is less operator fatigue, smoother workflow, and more repeatable production.
Pneumatic operation also improves one of the most important factors in heat printing: consistency. By delivering the same time, temperature, and pressure cycle on every press, TITAN helps reduce operator variation and supports more uniform transfer results from one job to the next.
The machine is also equipped with a newly upgraded control system for easier operation and better job management. TITAN includes a touchscreen control panel, real-time pressure display, and three programmable preset settings so commonly used jobs can be recalled quickly. A built-in backup fuse helps reduce interruptions and adds peace of mind during production.
For added flexibility, TITAN supports interchangeable lower platens to suit different applications and garment sizes. The slide-out lower platen design improves both safety and efficiency by making loading, alignment, and unloading easier, while minimizing the need to reach into heated working areas.
