Refund policy
Returning an Item
- You have 30 days from the order date to request a return. Please call our office at 404-720-5656 for authorization before sending anything back. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
- Returned items must be in undamaged, resalable condition with original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Used or damaged items will not be refunded.
- Non-defective/undamaged returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% and the actual shipping cost (if we provide you with a return label), which will be deducted from your refund.
- Non-defective/undamaged returns and returns for change of mind are to be paid for by the customer.
Final Sales and Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom or consumable nature, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed on:
- Custom rhinestone transfers
- Printed transfers (DTF, UV DTF, screen-print transfers, sublimation, etc.)
- Custom cuts and custom prints of any kind
- Special order items, closeout products, and digital downloads
- Equipment, equipment parts, and equipment accessories
- Any DTF printer once ink has been installed
- Dryers, ovens, and heat presses (including printheads and dampers)
Issues related to printers and presses must be managed under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Defects on Custom Products
Custom print, custom cut, or transfer defects — including custom rhinestone transfers, DTF, UV DTF, screen-print, and sublimation transfers — must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with photo proof emailed to support@atlantavinylstore.com. Replacements or refunds on custom products are issued only when the error or defect is caused by us or our production partners. Subjective differences (color shade variation between batches, slight finish differences, design choices already approved by the customer) are not considered defects.
Cutters
Cutters can only be returned and refunded if unopened. Once opened, they are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Damaged Items
- Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Report damaged material via email at support@atlantavinylstore.com with photos included. Damage claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis based on the carrier’s inspection report.
- If you received the wrong item or it was defective/damaged, you will incur no additional shipping charges. We may, at our discretion, send you a shipping label to return the item for a replacement or refund.
General Return Information
- We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.
- We are not responsible for lost shipments back to us. For your protection, we suggest sending returns with delivery confirmation and insurance.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
- Return your item to: Atlanta Vinyl Fulfillment Center, 4600 Highlands Pkwy SE, Suite I, Smyrna, GA 30082.
Packages Returned by the Shipping Carrier
We are not responsible for carrier returns due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. You will be required to pay the full shipping cost to have the package reshipped.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can only be made in-store within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for exchange: custom rhinestone transfers, printed transfers (DTF, UV DTF, etc.), special order items, closeout products, custom cuts/prints, digital downloads, equipment, equipment parts, equipment accessories, heat presses, dryers, ovens, and DTF printers once ink has been installed. Cutters can only be exchanged if unopened.
Additional Information
Custom Artwork Approval
For all custom print, cut, or rhinestone transfer services, final artwork approval is the customer’s responsibility. Once approved and produced, no changes or refunds can be made.
Color & Material Disclaimers
Colors shown online — including rhinestone colors — may differ slightly due to screen settings. Vinyl batches and rhinestone batches may also vary slightly in shade or finish. These differences do not constitute defects.
Digital Product Liability
Customers are responsible for downloading and using digital files correctly. Atlanta Vinyl is not liable for printing issues due to user error (e.g., printer settings or incompatible materials).
Time-Sensitive Orders
We do not guarantee delivery dates. For urgent orders, please reach out before purchase to explore expedited processing or shipping options.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Atlanta Vinyl makes no warranty, expressed or implied, beyond that of the manufacturer on all products.
