Our custom hotfix rhinestone transfers are built to your exact dimensions and color combinations, ready to heat-press onto shirts, hoodies, hats, totes, and more. No setup fees, no hidden minimums beyond 10 pieces — just upload your design, pick your colors, and we handle the rest.

How to order
- Enter your transfer dimensions in the calculator above. Minimum 4 sq in (2" × 2"), maximum 196 sq in (14" × 14").
- Pick your quantity — minimum 10 pieces. Bulk discounts kick in at 20, 51, and 100 pieces.
- List the stone colors you want. Multiple colors per design are included at no extra cost.
- Upload your artwork as a high-resolution PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS. Vector files give the cleanest results.
- (Optional) Add a digital proof for $16.95 — see exactly how your design will look before production starts. Two free revisions included.
- Add to cart and check out. We’ll start production once your file (and proof, if requested) is approved.
Application instructions
Easy to apply with a standard heat press. Designed for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends. Do not use on nylon.
- Temperature: 335°F (168°C)
- Time: 10–15 seconds
- Pressure: Medium to firm, even pressure
- Peel: Cold (let the transfer cool fully before removing the carrier sheet)
- Care: Wash inside out in cold water. Air dry for longest life. Do not iron directly on stones.
Tip: a quick 2–3 second pre-press to remove moisture from the garment will give you the strongest, longest-lasting bond.

- Coverage: Standard pricing assumes a typical 65–75% stone coverage. Designs with significantly higher fill may require a custom quote — contact us if you’re unsure.
Pricing
Pricing is calculated by total transfer area (width × height) and quantity. The bigger your batch, the lower your per-piece price.

Production & turnaround
- Order processing: 1–2 business days
- Production: 10 business days after your file (and proof, if requested) is approved

FAQ
Will the colors on my screen match the actual stones? Stone colors can look different in person than on a monitor. If you want to see exact colors before we start production, add a digital proof or reach out and we’ll send swatch references.
What if I select “proportional” and the dimensions don’t fit? We’ll keep the original aspect ratio and scale to your width rather than stretching or warping your artwork.
Can I mix multiple colors in one design? Yes — at no extra cost. Just list every color you want in the “Stone Colors” field.
