Performance Formula transfers are engineered to flex and rebound on high-stretch synthetic and compression fabrics, so your print moves with the garment instead of cracking. Lightweight, durable, and a soft hand feel.

Upload your print-ready artwork, size it on the 12.75" × 19" gang sheet, and choose your ink color from our Performance palette. Gang multiple designs onto one sheet to maximize value. Minimum order is 8 sheets per design, and Performance ships as fast as 2 business days. We recommend testing a sample on your fabric before a full run.

Recommended Fabrics

Lycra®, Spandex, Elastane, Polyester, and compression / activewear (for example, Sport-Tek ST470). Not recommended for 100% cotton — see our Athletic Formula for cotton and blends.

Artwork Guidelines

• File type: high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, at least 300 DPI. Images are automatically converted to a print-ready PDF when you upload.
• Minimum detail: colored areas smaller than 2 pt (0.028") may not print; non-printing gaps smaller than 2 pt (0.028") may fill in.
• Sizing: we print your artwork at the exact size you set. Do not mirror your image — our artists mirror it for you.
• Copyright: we cannot print copyrighted or licensed images without proof of ownership.

Application Instructions

Using a commercial-grade heat press:

• Temperature: 300°F
• Time: 7 seconds
• Pressure: Heavy / Max (60 PSI, or 8–9 setting)
• Peel: Hot — peel the backing immediately after opening the press

Sizing Chart

When enlarging or shrinking, preserve the original image’s proportions. If the width is larger than the height, the width is treated as the longest side; if the height is larger, the height is the longest side.
