Choosing a cutter

• Blade angle matters. Use 30° for thin materials like window tint, 45° for most heat transfer and adhesive vinyl, and 60° for thicker materials like flock and Brick 600.
• Always run a test cut. A small test cut confirms your blade depth, pressure, and speed before you commit a full sheet.
• Replace blades when cuts turn jagged or when you need more pressure than usual to cut through material.
