A premium, velvety silicone transfer — applies to most fabrics at just 280°F.
Silicone Formula is a high-end transfer with a smooth, matte, luxurious texture that elevates branded apparel. It’s stretchable and opaque, so crisp logos pop on any color fabric and move with the garment. Because it applies at a low 280°F, it’s safe on heat-sensitive fabrics — cotton, polyester, nylon, and performance/elastane. Fit up to ~80 one-inch logos or accents on a single 11" × 12.5" sheet. Available in 1 color, black or white.
Upload your print-ready artwork, size it on the 11" × 12.5" gang sheet, choose black or white, and leave space between graphics so you can cut them apart. Minimum order is 15 sheets.
Recommended Fabrics
Most fabrics — standard cotton, polyester, nylon, and performance fabrics like elastane. The low 280°F application makes it safe for heat-sensitive garments.
Application Instructions
We recommend covering your Silicone transfer with a teflon sheet (not included) before pressing. Using a commercial-grade heat press:
- Temperature: 280°F
- Time: 10 seconds
- Pressure: Heavy / Max (60 PSI, or 8–9 setting)
- Peel: Cold — wait for the transfer to cool completely, then peel from the garment
Care Instructions
Do not wash garments with applied Silicone transfers for 24 hours. After that, wash and handle following the care instructions on your garment.
Artwork Guidelines
- File type: most file types accepted; RGB vector or 300+ DPI raster preferred. Images are automatically converted to a print-ready PDF when you upload.
- Minimum detail: design with at least 1 pt positive space and 1 pt negative space for best results.
- Sizing: we print your artwork at the exact size you set. Do not mirror your image — our artists mirror it for you.
- Copyright: we cannot print copyrighted or licensed images without proof of ownership.

When enlarging or shrinking, preserve the original image’s proportions. If the width is larger than the height, the width is treated as the longest side; if the height is larger, the height is the longest side.

These are recommended starting points for common placements. Your final size is up to you — set the exact dimensions in the configurator above. Note that the Silicone gang sheet is 11" × 12.5", so the largest possible design is limited by that sheet size.
