Working out your cost per transfer
Multiply your design's width by its height in inches to get its area, then multiply by the per-square-inch rate. A 10" x 10" front print is 100 square inches, so it costs about $2.30 on a standard sheet, or $1.80 at the four-roll rate. The tighter you pack the sheet, the lower your real cost per transfer — every unused inch of film is money you have already paid for.
What is a DTF transfer?
Direct-to-film (DTF) transfers are full-color, heat-applied transfers that work on both light and dark garments. Your artwork is printed onto transfer film, backed with a white ink layer and a powdered adhesive, then cured. You press it onto the garment and peel. No weeding, no masking, no cutting individual colors — the kind of layered or photographic design that would take an hour in heat transfer vinyl presses in seconds.
Because we print white ink underneath, colors stay true on black and dark garments instead of going transparent or muddy.

Prints are on high-quality transfer film with durable inks that resist cracking and peeling through repeated washing.
What fabrics they work on
Cotton, cotton/poly blends and 100% polyester, in any color. Also tri-blends, fleece, canvas totes and most woven fabrics.
Nylon is not recommended. The adhesive needs fabric fibers to bind into, and nylon's surface is too smooth and slick to hold reliably — the transfer may look fine coming off the press and lift later. The same caution applies to waterproof and heavily coated shells.
How to apply
Press and go — all you need is a heat press. A household iron will not hold consistent temperature or apply even pressure across the design, and it is the most common cause of transfers lifting after a wash or two.
