Description

Bold, durable, team-ready prints — in 1, 2, or 3 colors.

Athletic Formula transfers are screen-printed plastisol transfers with excellent opacity and built-in dye-migration blockers — ideal for names, numbers, logos, and bold designs on cotton, polyester, and blends.

Upload your print-ready artwork, size it on the 12.75" × 19" gang sheet, and choose your exact ink colors from our standard athletic palette. Gang multiple designs onto one sheet to maximize value. Minimum order is 10 sheets per design and color combination; turnaround is 3 business days after your file is approved.

Please note: Bright Blue, Dark Green, Texas Orange, and Vegas Gold are available for 1-color designs only and cannot be used on 2- or 3-color jobs.

Artwork Guidelines

  • File type: high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, at least 300 DPI. Images are automatically converted to a print-ready PDF when you upload.
  • Minimum detail: lines or areas smaller than 1 pt (0.014") may not print; non-printing gaps smaller than 2 pt (0.028") may fill in.
  • Sizing: we print your artwork at the exact size you set. Do not mirror your image — our artists mirror it for you.
  • Copyright: we cannot print copyrighted or licensed images without proof of ownership.

Application Instructions

Using a commercial-grade heat press:

  • Temperature: 325°F
  • Time: 7 seconds
  • Pressure: Heavy / Max (60 PSI, or 8–9 setting)
  • Peel: Hot — peel the backing immediately after opening the press

Recommended fabrics: 100% cotton, 100% polyester, and cotton/poly blends. Athletic Formula offers excellent opacity and blocks polyester dye migration.

Sizing Chart

When enlarging or shrinking, preserve the original image’s proportions. If the width is larger than the height, the width is treated as the longest side; if the height is larger, the height is the longest side.
