With a heavy-duty laser-cut steel frame, TITAN is made to handle demanding production environments and long hours of daily use. Its dual sliding lower platens let you press on one station while preparing the next item on the other, helping reduce downtime and keep production moving.
The dual-station layout creates a more efficient workspace by giving operators a separate loading area away from the heating element. That means faster garment setup, easier transfer alignment, and a more comfortable working process.
TITAN is engineered for dependable, even pressure across a wide range of substrates. The double-bar handle and pull-down lever design help deliver smooth, uniform pressure application for repeatable results job after job. The upgraded heating element is over 20% thicker than the Vector Series version, providing stronger heat retention, better temperature consistency, and more stable performance during extended runs. A built-in heat protection shield adds another layer of operator safety.
Control is just as advanced as the mechanical design. TITAN features a redesigned control box with touchscreen operation, real-time pressure display, and three programmable presets for quick setup on repeat jobs. A built-in backup fuse helps minimize disruption, while auto-open and manual modes give you flexibility based on your workflow. With premium gas shocks and interchangeable lower platens, TITAN adapts easily to different production needs.
