Hi-5 Print Matte is built for heat-sensitive fabrics that other printable HTVs can't handle. At just 250°F and 5 seconds of press time, it eliminates heat marks while delivering soft, matte full-color graphics. Ideal for 100% polyester, rayon, polypropylene, and performance fabrics.
Hi-5 Print Matte is approximately 85 microns / 3.34 Mils and is a PU composition.
Compatible with Eco-Solvent, Solvent, and Latex inks. Not compatible with inkjet or toner-based printers.
Can be used on 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, and Poly/Cotton Blends.
Hi-5 Print Matte is CPSIA Certified.
Application Instructions
- Print, cut, and weed your design
- Mask with TTD Easy Mask or High Tack Mask
- Preheat the garment for 2–3 seconds
- Cover design with a Teflon sheet
- Apply at 250°F / 121°C with medium pressure for 5 seconds
- Peel carrier hot

Care Instructions
Wait 24 hours before first wash. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean or bleach. Liquid fabric softener not recommended.
