DigiBrick™ takes Siser's standard Brick HTV (600 microns) up to 750 microns—with full-color printability. Compatible with solvent and eco-solvent inks, it gives your graphics real dimension and a smooth, matte finish. Perfect for hat graphics, faux patches, and any design that needs to stand out from the surface.
Siser DigiBrick™ is approximately 750 microns / 29.52 Mils and is a PU composition.
Compatible with Eco-Solvent and Solvent inks only. Not compatible with Latex, inkjet, toner, or sublimation printers.
Siser DigiBrick is CPSIA Certified.
Application Instructions
- Print, cut, and weed your design
- Mask with TTD High Tack Mask
- Preheat the garment for 2–3 seconds
- Cover design with a Teflon sheet
- Apply at 311°F / 155°C with medium/firm pressure for 15 seconds
- Peel carrier hot

Care Instructions
Wait 24 hours before first wash. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean or bleach. Liquid fabric softener not recommended.
