DiamondDust™ has the subtle sparkle you’ve been searching for in Heat Transfer Vinyl. This ultra-fine particle glitter features a gradient color effect that lets different colors shine through as it shifts, so your designs land with more impact. With a soft surface and understated shimmer, DiamondDust HTV brings show-stopping style to garments and accessories like hoodies, tees, and backpacks. DiamondDust is a PU composition.

Choose your width and length

• 12" wide — 12" x 12" sheet, or 5, 10, 25, and 50 yard rolls. Best for hobby cutters and small-run work. Actual cut width is 11.8".
• 20" wide — 10, 25, and 50 yard rolls. Best for production shops and wider designs. Actual cut width is 19.8".

Colors

Blue Raspberry, Cinnamon Rose, Dream Gray, Orange Slice, Pastel Lilac, Pink Salt, Sour Apple, and Wild Cherry.

Cut Settings

Suggested starting points. Always run a test cut before production — blade condition, cutting strip wear, and mat age all shift results.

Application Instructions

Heat Press

1. Cover the design with a PTFE sheet, parchment, or butcher paper.
2. Preheat the garment for 2–3 seconds.
3. Press at 305°F / 150°C. Using a Cricut EasyPress? Add roughly 30°F.
4. Apply medium pressure for 15–20 seconds.
5. Peel the carrier warm (preferred) or cold.

Home Iron

1. Set the iron between the Cotton and Linen settings.
2. Cover the design with a PTFE sheet, parchment, or butcher paper.
3. Press on a flat, hard surface — not an ironing board.
4. Apply medium to firm pressure for 15–20 seconds.
5. Peel the carrier warm (preferred) or cold.
6. If any areas lift, re-press for 5–10 seconds under a cover sheet.

Fabric Compatibility

100% cotton, poly/cotton blends, and 100% polyester.

Laundering

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash
• Wash cold with a mild detergent, garment inside out
• Tumble dry low
• No dry cleaning
• No liquid fabric softener
