The Printable HTV Engineered for Nylon and Difficult Substrates
ColorPrint Extra PU is a white digital media built for full-color printing on nylon—and durable enough for pennants, canvas, tents, shoes, belts, canvas bags, and more. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, and latex inks, it delivers rich, vibrant graphics on the substrates other materials won't touch.
ColorPrint Extra PU is approximately 90 microns / 3.5 Mils and is a PU composition.
Compatible with Eco-Solvent, Solvent, and Latex inks. Not compatible with inkjet, toner, or sublimation printers.
Can be applied to Nylon, 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends, and Leather.
ColorPrint Extra PU is CPSIA Certified.
Application Instructions
- Print, cut, and weed your design
- Mask with TTD High Tack Mask
- Preheat the garment for 2–3 seconds
- Cover design with a Teflon sheet
- Apply at 311°F / 155°C with medium/firm pressure for 15 seconds
- Peel carrier hot

Care Instructions
Wait 24 hours before first wash. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean or bleach. Liquid fabric softener not recommended.
