The TITAN TCap-S2 Cap Heat Press is built for decorators who need better control, cleaner application, and more consistent results. Designed for modern cap decoration, it provides improved access and easier positioning for structured caps, specialty patches, and heat-sensitive materials.
To handle a wider range of cap styles, the machine comes standard with four interchangeable silicone pads for better fit and support across different cap profiles. It also helps reduce common issues such as heat marks, scorching, misalignment, and interference from the cap bill.

The TCAP HeatVeil™ attachment removes the need for heat-resistant tape, allowing for faster application and cleaner results by helping prevent tape marks after transfer.
For added versatility, the TCap-S2 can also be equipped with an optional 6" x 6" upper and lower heated label platen. This accessory is sold separately and is "not included" with the machine, while expanding the machine’s capabilities for label pressing and other small-format applications.
