Sublimation Fabric Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

Sublimation Fabric HTV combines the beauty of full-color dye sublimation with the soft, smooth feel of linen-like fabric. Sublimation Fabric HTV is a thin, soft, white polyester, sublimatable fabric with a heat-applied backing.  Sublimation Fabric Heat Transfer Vinyl can be applied to cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends.

Application Instructions

1. Print design on sublimation paper MIRRORED.

2. Place sublimation paper on Sublimation Fabric HTV ink side down.

3. Press at 380-400°F for 45-60 seconds.

4. If desired, cut the design and weed the excess. Apply Transfer Mask.

5. Press the Sublimation Fabric HTV to the garment at 300°F for 10-12 seconds and peel warm.
