The Sawgrass Virtuoso SG1000 VersiFlex Sublimation Printer takes the one material sublimation could never reach, cotton, and pairs it with the largest print size Sawgrass offers. VersiFlex is a completely new decorating technology built to combine the best of sublimation, DTG, DTF and HTV while eliminating their biggest limitations, and the SG1000 puts it to work at production scale.
This is the only patented system that lets you sublimate on cotton and decorate traditional sublimation blanks from a single printer, using the same heat press and the same simple process. Print, press, peel. With 11" x 17" prints straight out of the box and up to 13" x 19" using the optional Bypass Tray, you can run full-front and oversized apparel graphics alongside the mugs, drinkware, photo panels and poly-coated hard goods you already produce.
Unlike HTV, there is no cutting, weeding or layering, so a 10-shirt order takes roughly 35 minutes instead of 2.5 hours. Unlike DTF, there are no powders, no adhesive sheets, no curing ovens and no mess to clean up. Designs bond directly to cotton fibers for a soft, breathable hand feel with no stiff vinyl layer sitting on top, while full-color photo-realistic output handles smooth gradients, fine detail and even QR codes.
Prints stay vibrant and smooth for 30+ washes per Sawgrass ISO testing without cracking or peeling. Sawgrass VersiFlex inks are water-based, solvent-free, OEKO-TEX® certified, REACH compliant and RoHS certified, engineered and manufactured in Charleston, SC. Purpose-built no-clog engineering and automatic self-maintenance keep the SG1000 printing reliably order after order, so you spend your time filling orders instead of troubleshooting nozzles.
