The Sawgrass VersiFlex SG500/SG1000 Individual Ink Cartridges let you replace one cartridge at a time instead of buying a full set. Each 31 ml cartridge is sold individually in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Expander, so you top up only the position that runs dry and keep your VersiFlex printer producing.
VersiFlex is the patented Sawgrass system that decorates cotton and traditional sublimation blanks from a single printer, using the same heat press and the same print, press, peel process. There is no cutting, weeding, powder or curing oven, and designs bond directly into the fibers for a soft hand feel with full-color, photo-realistic detail.
These 31 ml cartridges fit both the Virtuoso SG500 and the SG1000. A VersiFlex configuration runs Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Expander - there is no black cartridge in the set, and the Expander is required rather than an optional extra. All four positions need to be filled for the printer to run.
Prints stay vibrant and smooth for 30+ washes per Sawgrass ISO testing without cracking or peeling, and the water-based inks keep the finish soft and breathable.
Warning: Please make sure the same ink is installed as what the printer is already loaded with. Switching to a different ink style can cause damage to the print heads and void the manufacturer's warranty. All sales are final on ink.
