Description
4882 Nylon Silver POLI-FLEX® REFLEX® HTV is a high-quality flex vinyl with a special retro-reflective surface. The film consists of metalized microscopic glass beads laminated to a heat-reactivating adhesive backing, providing EN ISO 20471:2013 certified reflectivity for enhanced visibility.
Suitable for cotton, uncoated nylon, and polyester/cotton or polyester/acrylic blends. Ideal for work and safety clothing, sportswear, children's wear, bags, and promotional articles.

Cut:
• Mirror design
• Cut carrier side down
• Use standard 45° knife or 60° flock knife (for colors)
Press:
• 320°F (4781) / See datasheet (4882)
• 15 seconds
• Medium pressure (~44 PSI)
Peel:
• Lukewarm
Care Instructions
• Wash inside out
• Machine wash up to 140°F (60°C)
• Tumble dry safe
• Dry-clean safe
• Do not iron directly on design
