Description
4802 Black POLI-FLEX® NYLON HTV is a transfer vinyl with a specially formulated hotmelt adhesive designed for hydrophobic and nylon textiles that standard heat transfer vinyl cannot bond to. The ecologically inert polyurethane vinyl offers an excellent washing resistance and a pleasant textile touch. Free of PVC, plasticizers, and heavy metals, in accordance with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Category I (CPSIA compliant).
Suitable for hydrophobic fabrics, impregnated fabrics, uncoated nylon, and difficult-to-bond textiles. Ideal for performance jackets, sportswear, nylon bags, and promotional items.

Cut:
• Mirror design
• Cut carrier side down
• Use standard 45° knife
Press:
• 300°F
• 10 seconds + 4 second pre-press
• Medium pressure (~44 PSI)
Peel:
• Lukewarm
Care Instructions
• Wash inside out
• Machine wash up to 104°F (40°C)
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron directly on design
