Siser EasyReflective is a premium reflective HTV featuring a frosted pressure-sensitive (sticky) carrier, now available in a wide 20" format! This highly reflective dark grey vinyl is truly an exceptional polyurethane product, utilizing advanced glass bead construction to illuminate brilliantly in even the darkest conditions.
The 20" width is perfect for larger production runs and bigger designs, while the pressure-sensitive carrier allows you to easily re-stick lifting material or replace a piece that’s accidentally weeded away. With its low application temperature and simple warm peel, this dark grey reflective vinyl can be applied to all kinds of garments and accessories that need to stand out in low lighting.
Heat apply EasyReflective with a heat press or home iron for increased visibility on sports garments, pet clothes, construction crew uniforms, and more!
EasyReflective is 140 Microns / 5.5 Mils and is a PU composition.
Siser EasyReflective Application Instructions
Blade: 45°
Cut: Mirror Image
Preheat: 2-3 seconds
Temp: 305°F/105°C (EasyPress users add approx. 30°)
Pressure: Medium
Time: 10-15 seconds
Peel: Warm Peel
Home Iron Instructions
- Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
- Cover with PTFE Teflon Sheet
- Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
- Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
- Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
- Peel carrier warm
- If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 5-10 seconds
Laundering Instructions
Wait 24 hours before first wash. Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent. Dry on normal dryer setting. Do not dry clean. Liquid fabric softener not recommended.
