A custom screen print transfer is your design, screen-printed with real plastisol ink onto release paper and shipped to you ready to heat-press. Nothing is pre-made and nothing is generic — you upload the file, you set the print size, and you choose the exact ink colors. We handle the printing; you handle the press.

What makes ours genuinely custom is control. You pick your spot colors from our standard palette instead of accepting whatever a printer decides is close enough. You size the artwork yourself on the gang sheet, down to a fraction of an inch, and see exactly how it will lay out before you order. And you pick the formula that matches your garment — soft and faded for premium ringspun cotton, opaque and durable for team wear, stretchy for technical fabrics.

What a gang sheet is (and how to use it)

Your transfers print on a gang sheet — a single 12.75" × 19" sheet (11" × 12.5" for Silicone) that you fill however you like. You're buying the sheet, not the individual design, so the more usable space you fill, the more value you get out of every sheet.

That means you can size one large front print to fill the sheet, or lay out several smaller pieces — left-chest logos, sleeve hits, names and numbers — and cut them apart after they arrive. The configurator shows your artwork scaled inside the real sheet dimensions as you resize, so what you see is what prints.

Artwork Guidelines

Follow these and your file will press cleanly the first time.

File type

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher gives the best result. JPG, GIF and PDF are also accepted, up to 20 MB.

Minimum detail

Lines or areas thinner than 1 pt (0.014") may not print. Non-printing gaps smaller than 2 pt (0.028") may fill in with ink.

Sizing

We print your artwork at the exact size you set, so measure against your garment first. Do not mirror your image — we handle that.

Colors

Spot colors are solid, pre-mixed inks. Gradients, drop shadows and photographic art can't be reproduced — use DTF for those.

Transparent background

Anything white in your file prints as white ink. If you don't want a white box behind your design, save it with a transparent background.

Fonts and edges

Outline your fonts and keep edges crisp. Very small text and fine serifs may lose detail at press temperature.

Pick the Right Formula for Your Garment

Athletic — the default choice. Most opaque and versatile, blocks dye migration on polyester, great for team wear, names and numbers. 1–3 colors, 10 sheet minimum.

Vintage — the softest hand we offer, with a faded, broken-in look on premium ringspun cotton. 1–3 colors, 10 sheet minimum, ships as fast as 1 business day.

Performance — built to flex and rebound on spandex, Lycra and technical fabrics without cracking. 1–2 colors, 8 sheet minimum.

Puff — raised, dimensional prints with a bold retro pop. Single color from 16 options, 8 sheet minimum.

Silicone — smooth, flat, matte and highly stretchable for activewear. White or black, 15 sheet minimum.

Custom Order FAQ

Do you charge setup or screen fees?
No. There are no setup or screen fees on our ready-to-press gang sheets — the per-sheet price you see in the configurator is what you pay.
What's the minimum for a custom order?
It depends on the formula: 8 sheets for Performance and Puff, 10 for Athletic and Vintage, and 15 for Silicone. That's well below the minimums most bulk screen printers require.
Can I put more than one design on a sheet?
Yes. You're buying the full gang sheet, so you can lay out several smaller designs and cut them apart after they arrive. Filling the usable space is the best way to lower your cost per print.
Can you match a specific brand color?
Our spot colors come from a standard palette shown in the configurator. Pick the closest match to your brand color — if you need an exact custom match, contact us before ordering.
Can you print a photo or a full-color logo?
Not with screen print transfers — they're limited to solid spot colors. For photographic art, gradients or unlimited colors, use our Custom DTF Transfers instead.
How fast will my custom order ship?
As fast as 1 business day for Vintage, 2 for Performance and Silicone, and 3 for Athletic and Puff, measured after your artwork is approved.
What if my artwork isn't print-ready?
Upload the best version you have and we'll review it. If there's a problem that would affect the print, we'll reach out before anything goes to production.
