1. Purpose of This Policy
This Opt-In Policy explains how Atlanta Vinyl LLC collects, records, and honors your consent to receive marketing email and text (SMS/MMS) messages. It also explains how you can withdraw that consent at any time.
We only send marketing messages to people who have asked to receive them. We do not purchase, rent, or trade contact lists, and we do not send marketing messages to any phone number or email address that has not given us express consent through one of the methods described below.
2. How We Collect Your Consent
2.1 Web Form (Primary Method)
Our opt-in web form is publicly available at: https://atlantavinylstore.com/pages/sms-email-signup
The form works as follows:
- Email marketing consent and text message consent are collected through separate, individually selectable checkboxes. Agreeing to one does not enroll you in the other.
- No consent checkbox is pre-checked. You must affirmatively check the box yourself.
- Consent is never required to complete a purchase, create an account, request a quote, receive customer service, or submit any other form on our site.
- The consent language, including program name, message types, message frequency, rate disclosure, and opt-out instructions, is displayed directly next to the checkbox before you submit the form.
- Links to this Opt-In Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy appear on the form itself.
The consent language displayed on the form reads:
Email: Yes, sign me up for Atlanta Vinyl marketing emails about new products, sales, and how-to content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Text messages: Yes, I want to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (for example, cart reminders and promotional offers) from Atlanta Vinyl at the mobile number I provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Opt-In Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
2.2 Other Opt-In Methods
In addition to the web form, you may opt in by:
- Checking the marketing consent box during checkout on atlantavinylstore.com.
- Texting a published keyword to our program number.
- Signing a printed consent form or checking the consent box on a tablet at our Smyrna retail counter or in the Makers Space.
- Checking the marketing consent box on a wholesale, reseller, or partner application.
Every method above uses the same standard: affirmative, unbundled, non-pre-checked consent with the full disclosure shown before submission.
2.3 What We Record
For every opt-in, we retain a record that includes the email address and/or mobile number provided, the date and time of the opt-in, the opt-in method and source URL or location, the IP address where applicable, and the exact disclosure language shown at the time of consent. We retain these records for at least four years, or longer where required by law.
3. Text Message (SMS/MMS) Program Terms
Program name: Atlanta Vinyl
Program description: Recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages, which may include promotional offers and discount codes, new product and restock announcements, order confirmations, production status updates, shipping and pickup notifications, cart reminders, and customer service replies.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You can generally expect up to 8 messages per month. Transactional messages related to an order you placed are sent as needed.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Atlanta Vinyl does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message from our program at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts. You may also email support@atlantavinylstore.com or call (404) 720-5656 to be removed.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, email support@atlantavinylstore.com, or call (404) 720-5656.
Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Atlanta Vinyl: Your DTF gang sheet order #12345 is printed and ready for pickup at our Smyrna store. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
4. Email Program Terms
Program description: Marketing emails covering promotions and sales, new product launches and restocks, tutorials and application guides, event announcements, and company news.
Frequency: Typically 2 to 5 emails per week. Frequency may increase during major sale periods.
Opt out: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email support@atlantavinylstore.com. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, and in practice are honored immediately.
Transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service replies are not marketing messages and will continue as long as you have an active order or account with us.
5. Privacy and Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the exceptions to this rule are limited to service providers who help us operate the messaging program, such as our email and text message platform providers and our telecommunications carriers. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates.
We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

6. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent for either program at any time, at no cost, using any of the methods below:

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email, and vice versa. Tell us if you want both removed.
Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages tied to an active order.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Opt-In Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes to how we collect or use your consent will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.
