Bulk & Wholesale Screen Print Transfers
The more you print, the less each one costs. Volume pricing drops as low as $0.95 per sheet, with no setup fees and no screen charges. Built for shops, teams, and resellers who print in quantity.
Why volume changes everything
Screen print transfers are the most cost-effective way to decorate apparel at volume, and it isn't close. Because each ink is printed as a solid layer rather than reproduced digitally, the cost per sheet falls sharply as the run gets longer — the same reason traditional screen printing gets cheap at scale, without you owning screens, ink, or a press setup.
Our per-sheet price drops at 25, 50, 100, 150, 250, and 500 sheets. A one-color Athletic transfer that costs $10.00 per sheet at our 10-sheet minimum falls to $0.95 per sheet at 500 — more than a 90% reduction for the exact same artwork. You don't negotiate for it, apply for a wholesale account, or wait on a quote. The price break is automatic in the configurator the moment you raise the quantity.
There are no screen fees, no per-color setup charges, and no wholesale minimums to qualify for. What you see per sheet is what you pay, whether it's your first order or your fiftieth.
For bulk buyers the real lever is the gang sheet. You're buying a full sheet, not a single design, so filling the usable space is what actually drives your cost per finished print toward pennies. More on that below.

The real bulk lever: fill the sheet
You're buying a 12.75" × 19" gang sheet, not a single design. That means the price per sheet and the price per finished print are two very different numbers — and the second one is what matters to your margin.
Order 500 sheets of a one-color Athletic design at $0.95 per sheet, and each sheet holds one large front print. But lay out four left-chest logos on that same sheet and you've got 2,000 prints from the same order — roughly 24¢ per finished print. Same spend, four times the output.
So before you order, ask what else could ride along: sleeve hits, back-neck labels, names and numbers, or a second design entirely. The configurator previews your layout against the real sheet dimensions, so you can see exactly how much space you're leaving on the table.
