Search for custom patch pricing and you will find a dozen patch companies that will not tell you. Every one of them wants your email address and a phone call first. It is a deliberate tactic, and it wastes your afternoon.
So here are our actual prices. These are the same numbers our calculators charge, published in full, for a 3 inch patch at four common quantities.

The four things that move the price
1. Quantity, by a mile
This is the big one. An embroidered 3 inch patch is $7.25 at ten pieces and $1.50 at five hundred. That is not a discount we are being generous with, it is how manufacturing works: the setup is the same whether the run is ten or a thousand, so the more you order the further that cost spreads.
Prices step down at 25, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 pieces. If you are close to a break, ordering up to it often costs less in total. Our calculator handles that automatically and will never charge you more than the next tier's total would cost.
2. Size
Priced on the longer of your two dimensions, rounded up to the next standard size. A 3.1 inch by 1 inch patch is priced at the 3.5 inch rate. Sizes run from 1.5 inches up to 14 inches depending on the material.
3. Material
Sublimated is cheapest because it is printed. Chenille and PVC are most expensive because one uses a lot of yarn and the other needs a mold cut. The gap between the cheapest and the most expensive at 50 pieces is about four to one.
4. Backing
Only one costs extra. Hook and loop Velcro adds $0.25 per piece and includes both the hook and the loop side. Iron-on, sew-on and peel-and-stick are all included.
What does not cost extra
This matters as much as the numbers above, because it is where quotes hide money.

The one exception, stated plainly: if your file needs significant correction to be production-ready, a low-resolution scan that has to be redrawn from scratch, we quote that small charge along with your proof. You approve it before anything is charged and you can walk away at that point. It does not come as a surprise on an invoice.
Why we publish this. Almost nobody in this industry does, and the reason is that a quote lets a seller price the customer rather than price the job. We would rather you check our numbers against anyone else's and decide. If somebody beats us at your quantity, that is useful information for you.

Minimums
Ten pieces per design on embroidered, PVC, woven, chenille and leather. Twenty five on sublimated. Per design, not per order, so you can run three different ten-piece designs in one go.
How long it takes
Order processing is 1 to 2 business days, then we send a free mockup for approval. Production runs about 10 to 14 business days after you approve it. Your order then ships from our Smyrna, Georgia location, or you can pick it up there. If you have a hard deadline, tell us in the production notes before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
