Shipping policy

Fast and Reliable Shipping At Atlanta Vinyl, we understand that you want your orders delivered quickly and safely. For in-stock vinyl, materials, and non-customized products, we strive to ship most orders same day if they're received before 2:30 PM EST. Orders received after 2:30 PM or containing out-of-stock items will typically ship the next business day.

For products requiring printing, cutting, or any other customization, fulfillment times vary. Please refer to the turnaround time listed on the individual product page — your order will ship once the service is complete.

Free Shipping Orders totaling $99 or more qualify for free shipping to any address within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping method is selected at our discretion and may vary based on order amount, weight, and carrier availability.

The following are excluded from free shipping, regardless of order total:

  • Any item that ships by LTL freight. Some products are too large, too heavy, or too fragile to move on a standard parcel carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and must ship by LTL ("less-than-truckload") freight on a pallet. Freight shipments are excluded from free shipping and are quoted separately. This typically includes sublimation ovens, laminators, large-format printers and cutters, and bulk or pallet-quantity material orders. If an item must ship by freight, it is noted on that item’s product page.
  • Oversized Items
  • Certain Special Order Items
  • Blank apparel and garments — t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and similar blank garments ship on their own rate schedule. See "Blank Apparel and Garments" below.
  • Poli-Tape Products — Poli-Tape items are fulfilled via direct dropship. Due to the shipping rates associated with dropship fulfillment, these products do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for Poli-Tape orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

A free shipping promotion, discount code, or promotional shipping offer does not override these exclusions. If an order contains both qualifying items and a freight or excluded item, free shipping applies only to the qualifying portion.

LTL Freight Shipments Freight rates depend on destination, accessorial services, and carrier availability, so they cannot always be calculated at checkout. For freight items, we will contact you with a freight quote for your approval before the order ships. Freight deliveries are curbside only unless additional services are purchased, and may require a liftgate, a residential or limited-access surcharge, or a scheduled delivery appointment. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment at the delivery appointment. Please inspect freight deliveries for damage before signing the delivery receipt, and note any damage on the receipt — freight carriers will not honor a damage claim on a shipment that was signed for as received in good condition.

Blank Apparel and Garments Blank garments — t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, long sleeves, and similar apparel — ship from a separate facility on their own rate schedule, and the $99 free shipping threshold does not apply to them. Shipping on blank garments is a flat $15.00 on orders under $150.00, $7.50 on orders from $150.00 to $249.99, and free on orders of $250.00 or more. Blank garment orders ship UPS Ground with tracking. If your cart contains both blank garments and other Atlanta Vinyl products, shipping is calculated separately for each group and combined at checkout — so reaching $99 on transfers or materials will not make the garment portion ship free.

Service Turnaround Times Please note that this policy does not apply to our services such as print and cut and all transfer printing and/or cutting services. These services may have their own turnaround times specified on the website. Your item(s) will ship after the service is complete, so be sure to check the posted turnaround time before placing your order.

Address Accuracy Matters We ship directly from our warehouse at 4600 Highlands Pkwy SE, Suite i, Smyrna, GA 30082. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, especially when using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. We are unable to take responsibility for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist you.

Carrier Delays While we strive for fast delivery, unforeseen circumstances like carrier delays, weather issues, mechanical errors, and other shipping service problems can occur. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for such delays and are unable to offer refunds in these situations.

Proof of Delivery Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Atlanta Vinyl is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. We recommend shipping to secure locations or selecting Route Package Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

Time-Sensitive Deliveries We do not guarantee delivery dates. If your order is time-sensitive, please reach out in advance to discuss expedited processing or shipping options.
