A: When you order DTF transfers from us, the standard turnaround time is typically 2 business days but may vary due to the current size of our print queue. This means from the time you place your order, it takes about 2 business days to get your order printed and ready for shipping. To cater to urgent needs, we offer a Rush Printing Service. This service allows your order to "skip the line" in our print queue, depending on the rush option you select.
It's important to note that the Rush Printing Service specifically accelerates the production process of your DTF transfers. Once your order is printed and ready, it then needs to be shipped (if you're not choosing Pick Up).
This is where shipping methods come into play. The shipping method you choose at checkout—such as Standard/Free Shipping (which may include UPS Ground or USPS Priority) or Expedited Shipping (like UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2nd Day Air)—determines how quickly your order is delivered after it has been printed. Expedited shipping services offer reduced transit times, allowing your order to be delivered more quickly than standard shipping methods.
Example Scenario: If you choose the Next Business Day Rush printing service but select Free Shipping for delivery, your order is moved to the front of the print queue on the next business day. After it's printed, it's then shipped using the standard or free shipping method you selected, which is subject to the usual transit times offered by UPS Ground or USPS Priority. This means while your order is printed faster, the delivery time is dependent on the shipping method chosen.
Q: I paid for Rush Printing Service, but my order is not expected to be delivered as soon as I thought. Why is that?
A: This situation can occur if there's a misunderstanding between the rush printing of your order and the shipping method chosen. Rush Printing Service accelerates the production of your DTF transfers, but the delivery speed is determined by the shipping method selected at checkout. If a standard or free shipping option is chosen, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority, which does not offer the same reduced transit times as expedited shipping options like UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. For the fastest overall service, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option in conjunction with our Rush Printing Service.
