Description

Wholesale custom DTF transfers are printed on gang sheets that range from 22" x 12" to 22" x 240". Images can be full-color graphics, including full-color photos, gradients/ombres, and effects.

DTF transfers also print using white ink. Our bulk custom DTF transfers are printed on high-quality transfer sheets using durable inks that resist cracking. DTF printing is a versatile printing method that creates full-color, heat-applied transfers for light and dark garments. 

No weeding or masking is required, and DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester. (Nylons are not recommended due to the smooth texture. The adhesive needs to bind to the fibers of the garment.) 

Simply press DTF transfers with a heat press, and go!

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS (VERY IMPORTANT!)

ARTWORK MUST BE PRINT-READY. 

Background Removal and Upscale features are AI-based features. AI is NOT perfect and artwork submitted with these feature is at your own risk.

We HIGHLY recommend that your image is already at a correct or higher resolution with a transparent background before uploading your artwork.

Please do not submit mirrored images; our machine software will handle this automatically. 

Make sure the artwork dimensions are exact. We will not resize your artwork. For best results, a 300 DPI resolution is highly recommended. Images should be in PNG file format, which has a transparent background. DTF printers use white ink, so white backgrounds will be printed if present. 

Trademarked images (NFL, Disney, fashion brands, etc.), screenshots, and watermarked images will NOT be accepted. (Orders submitted with these items WILL NOT be printed, and any refunds requested will only be issued in the form of store credit ONLY.)

Sizing Chart

When enlarging or shrinking, we recommend preserving the proportional ratio of the original image. (For example, resizing an image from 12x9 to 12x12 will cause it to appear stretched.) If the width is larger than the height, the width is treated as the longest side. If the height is larger than the width, the height is treated as the longest side.

RUSH SHIPPING & Delivery Options

Our DTF transfers are printed in-house by our own staff with love and care on a high-speed, large format machine. All of our DTF products are typically produced and shipped from our facility within 1 – 3 business days.  

Shipping/transit times selected at checkout apply once your order has shipped.

- In case your order includes not only DTF transfers but other products, all items will be shipped together, once printing process is completed, and with all other products. If you need other products in advance of print completion, please order those products separately.

Application Instructions

Step 1

If present, trim off any color registration strips and order ID information from around your image using scissors. These will transfer to the garment if not removed.

Preheat the garment for 3-5 seconds to remove excess moisture. Let the garment cool before adding the transfer.

Place the transfer on the shirt—white side down, image facing up.

Press at 300°F for 15 seconds under very firm pressure.

Peel cold. Wait for the carrier sheet to cool completely before peeling.

Cover the image with parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds. You can use a Teflon sheet, butcher paper, or tissue paper.

Please note: If the image does not come off completely, repress with the image in place, let it cool, and re-peel the film.
