Now offering, the Siser EasySubli HTV, the matte heat transfer vinyl that's receptive to sublimation inks! Siser EasySubli HTV is the key to decorating colored polyester (excluding sublimated polyester garments) and cotton blends. Never be limited to white polyester again when you switch to EasySubli! Achieve the brightest colors and best results when paired with the specially developed printing profile and Siser EasySubli Inks by Sawgrass.

Available for the Virtuoso SG400 and SG800, Siser EasySubli Inks can do more than just print on EasySubli! Use Siser EasySubli Inks to achieve all your standard dye-sub needs as well, so theres no need to switch out inks between projects. After printing and cutting the heat transfer vinyl, use EasySubliMask and a squeegee to transfer designs from the static backing to the garment of your choosing. With Siser EasySubli HTV rolls, the decorating doors are open to any color of the rainbow and almost every fabric under the sun. The low application temperature of 311°F even allows you to decorate heat sensitive fabrics like tri-blends and rayon!

EasySubli Mask

A Special Mask for a Special HTV

Now that you have the sublimation solution to colored polyester and cotton garments, youll likely need the silicone solution for working with EasySubli heat transfer vinyl.  EasySubli Mask is unlike any other Siser® TTD Masks for print and cut heat transfer vinyl. The masking process is familiar: use a squeegee to bond the mask and printed HTV in order to keep multiple pieces aligned and applied all at once. However, the mask itself is constructed differently and as a result is incompatible with Siser ColorPrint materials. Additionally, TTD Masks are not compatible with EasySubli HTV.

For ease of use, EasySubli Mask is clear, silicone based, and comes on an aerated backing. The extra tacky adhesive is key to gripping printed EasySubli HTV to remove it from the original static backing and expose the heat activated adhesive side of the material. At this point, EasySubli is ready to be heat applied or you can place it on the masks aerated backing for storage.
