SubFlock (Subliflock) Sublimation Flock Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

SubFlock HTV combines the beauty of full-color dye sublimation with the soft, textured, felt-like feel of flock. SubFlock HTV is a fuzzy, polyester flock that accepts sublimation dye. This heat transfer vinyl can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and 100% polyester fabrics.  SubFlock HTV is compatible with Cricut, Silhouette, Brother Scan N Cut, StarCraft Solo, and all other cutting machines.

Cutter Settings:

Cricut:
Blade: Standard
Setting: Heavy Cardstock
Pressure: More

Settings may vary based on blade condition and age of machine. Always perform a test cut prior to cutting designs.

Application Instructions:

1. Cut SubFlock face side up.  Do not mirror.
2. Weed excess material.
3. If sublimating, see Sublimation Instructions below.
4. Transfer flock from the backing using TTD Easy Mask Heat Tape.
5. Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds.
6. Apply design at 305°F/150°C.
7. Use medium pressure for 8-12 seconds.

Sublimation Instructions:

Option 1. Sublimate On SubFlock While On Backing

• After cutting, weed away excess material.
• Place sublimation transfer face down on SubFlock.
• Apply transfer at 365 °F/185°C for 30-45 seconds.
• Peel transfer hot.
• Continue to Step 4 of Application Instructions.

Option 2. Sublimate On SubFlock After Transfering to Garment

• After applying SubFlock to the garment, place sublimation transfer face down on SubFlock.
• Apply transfer at 365 °F/185°C for 30-45 seconds.
• Peel transfer hot.
