Shipping Policy

Fast and Reliable Shipping:

At Atlanta Vinyl, we understand that you want your orders delivered quickly and safely. That's why we strive to ship most orders same day if they're received before 2:30 PM EST. Orders received after 2:30 PM or containing out-of-stock items will typically ship the next business day.

Calculating Your Costs:

Get a clear picture of your shipping charges before you checkout. Simply add your desired items to the cart and use our convenient shipping cost calculator.

Service Turnaround Times:

Please note that this policy does not apply to our services such as print and cut, DTF transfer printing, and sublimation transfer printing. These services may have their own turnaround times specified on the website. Your item(s) will ship after the service is complete, so be sure to check the posted turnaround time before placing your order.

Address Accuracy Matters:

We ship directly from our warehouse at 4600 Highlands Pkwy SE, Suite i, Smyrna, GA 30082. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, especially when using PayPal. We are unable to take responsibility for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist you.

Carrier Delays:

While we strive for fast delivery, unforeseen circumstances like carrier delays, weather issues, mechanical errors, and other shipping service problems can occur. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for such delays and are unable to offer refunds in these situations.

Return Policy

Returning an Item:

• You have 30 days from the order date to request a return. Please call our office at 404-720-5656 for authorization before sending anything back. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

• Cutters and heat presses can only be returned and refunded if unopened. Once opened, they are subject to the original Manufacturer's warranty.

Damaged Items:

• Report damaged material immediately to the carrier and then call Atlanta Vinyl at 404-720-5656. Damage claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis based on the carrier's inspection report.

• If you received the wrong item or it was defective/damaged, you will incur no additional shipping charges. We may send you a shipping label to return the item for a replacement or refund.

General Return Information:

• We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.

• We are not responsible for lost shipments back to us. For your protection, we suggest sending returns with delivery confirmation and insurance.

• Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.

• Return your item to: Atlanta Vinyl Fulfillment Center, 4600 Highlands Pkwy SE, Suite i, Smyrna, GA 30082.

Packages returned by the shipping carrier:

• We are not responsible for carrier returns due to Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address. You will be required to pay the full shipping cost to have the package reshipped.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can only be made in-store within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
