How to Use Siser EasyColor DTV with Your Inkjet Printer
Step 1: Print Your Design
- Use an inkjet printer (no special inks required).
- Print on the dull side of the EasyColor DTV sheets or rolls.
- Allow ink to dry before cutting.
Step 2: Cut Your Design
For best results, use a Cricut or Silhouette cutter with the following settings:
Cricut Explore Air:
• Blade: AutoBlade
• Setting: Vinyl+
Silhouette Cameo 4:
• Blade: AutoBlade, 3
• Force: 6
• Speed: 8
(Tip: Always perform a test cut before cutting your final design.)
Step 3: Peel & Mask with TTD Easy Mask
Since EasyColor DTV does not have a built-in carrier sheet, you’ll need to use TTD Easy Mask Heat Transfer Tape to lift the design off its backing and transfer it to fabric.

Step 4: Heat Press Your Design
Use a heat press or Cricut EasyPress with the following settings:

• Temperature: 340°F (170°C)
• Time: 25-35 seconds
• Pressure: Medium

Step 5: Laundering Instructions for Longevity
• Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
• Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
• Do not bleach or dry clean.
• Tumble dry on low.
• Wash inside-out for best results.
• Avoid liquid fabric softener to preserve print quality.
