4901 White Poli-Flex Turbo HTV is formerly PLS-9100 White Thermoflex Plus.
POLI-FLEX® TURBO is the versatile polyurethane transfer vinyl. Equipped with a special hotmelt you can use it for fast application at low temperature. POLI-FLEX® TURBO ensures that the transfer is gentle to the material. The vinyl do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals, in accordance with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 category I (CPSIA compliant).
POLI-FLEX® TURBO is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester /cotton and polyester/acrylic. POLI-FLEX® TURBO can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles.

Poli-Flex Turbo – Quick Application Guide
Cut:
• Mirror design
• Cut carrier side down
Press:
• 265°F–320°F
• 3–5 seconds
• Medium pressure (~44 PSI)
Peel:
• Warm / lukewarm
Optional: Repress 2–3 seconds with cover sheet.
Care Instructions
• Wash inside out
• Machine wash up to 60°C (140°F)
• Tumble dry safe
• Do not iron directly on design
