4515 S Orange POLI-FLEX® BLOCKOUT SOFT HTV is a sublimation-resistant multilayer polyurethane vinyl with a matte, reflection-free surface. Its unique double-protection construction — a blockout intermediate layer plus a low-temperature hotmelt — prevents sublimation ink migration through the film when pressing on sublimation-dyed polyester textiles. In accordance with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Category I (CPSIA compliant).
Suitable for cotton, polyester, and polyester/cotton blends, especially sublimation-dyed sports shirts and performance fabrics. Ideal for T-shirts, sportswear, and promotional products.

Cut:
• Mirror design
• Cut carrier side down
• Use standard 45° knife — do NOT pre-heat garment
Press:
• 265°F
• 5 seconds
• Medium pressure (~44 PSI)
Peel:
• Warm
Care Instructions
• Wash inside out
• Machine wash up to 140°F (60°C)
• Dry-clean safe (Perchloroethylene)
• Do not iron directly on design
