415 Orange POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM HTV is an ecologically proven polyurethane vinyl with a matte, reflection-free surface. Free of PVC, plasticizers, and heavy metals, POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM meets OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Category I (CPSIA compliant).
Suitable for cotton, polyester, and polyester/cotton or polyester/acrylic blends. Ideal for T-shirts, sportswear, workwear, leisure wear, bags, and promotional products.

Cut:
• Mirror design
• Cut carrier side down
• Use standard 45° knife
Press:
• 320°F
• 15 seconds
• Medium pressure (~44 PSI)
Peel:
• Warm / lukewarm
Optional: Repress 2 seconds with cover sheet.
Care Instructions
• Wash inside out
• Machine wash up to 175°F (80°C)
• Tumble dry safe
• Dry-clean safe (Perchloroethylene)
• Do not iron directly on design
