POLI-FLEX® NYLON Heat Transfer Vinyl is a specialty HTV engineered specifically for nylon and hydrophobic fabrics — the materials that standard heat transfer vinyl often fails to adhere to reliably.
Its specialized hotmelt adhesive system is formulated to bond to water-repellent and nylon substrates where conventional HTV adhesives fall short, delivering professional results on technical outerwear, bags, and performance fabrics.

How To Apply POLI-FLEX® NYLON
Cut: Mirror your design and cut carrier side down.
Peel: Follow the technical datasheet carefully — nylon substrates are heat-sensitive and press conditions are critical for proper adhesion without fabric damage.
