Ultra Metallic Sublimation Heat Transfer Vinyl is a specialty clear heat transfer vinyl that can be sublimated to produce bright, vibrant colors with a metallic sheen. This heat transfer vinyl can be applied to 100% cotton, poly/cotton blends, 100% polyester, leather, and more. Ultra Metallic Sublimation Heat Transfer Vinyl is only 32 microns thick (82 microns with the carrier sheets) and is compatible with Cricut, Silhouette, Brother, USCutter, Roland, and all other cutters and plotters.
Ultra Metallic Heat Transfer Vinyl Application Instructions
Blade: 45°
Cut: Shiny side down. Mirror Image.
Temp: 300°F
Pressure: Medium, Firm
Time: 10-12 seconds
Peel: Warm Peel
Care: Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low.
Sublimation Instructions
Sublimating on Clear Ultra Metallic HTV is a 2-step process.
Please Note: Do not put Clear Ultra Metallic HTV into your printer. Clear Ultra Metallic HTV should not be directly printed on.
- Follow the instructions above to apply the Clear Ultra Metallic HTV to your garment.
- Print your image, mirrored, on to sublimation transfer paper.
- Place the sublimation transfer, image side down, onto the Clear Ultra Metallic HTV.
- Press at 390 °F for 30 seconds.
- Peel hot.
